We have a client who buys most of our content and does nothing but TGPs, but they are a little more than a single page. He says he turns over 1/4 million a year.

If you are new in the business ( big tgps doesn't make partner accounts anymore ), then try to buy a good spot in old school tgps.

You can easely make 2 times what you invested.
