Its true, the sites that have been around for some time now offer great traffic. The only way to make good cash is to get listed and submit a gallery or two every day!

If you are new in the business ( big tgps doesn't make partner accounts anymore ), then try to buy a good spot in old school tgps.

You can easely make 2 times what you invested.

Mostly partner accounts, the thing that gets him listed and makes him money is his galleries. They are awesome, more like a tour.

You get out of life what you put in. Do as little as possible, as cheaply as possible and with little thought, then don't expect to be a success in any field.
