i know everyone is trying to hit below 1 percent,but im at 3 percent refunds/chargebacks,fraud ....is that bad ,i know a lot of major processors and site have closed due to the fact they cant hit the visa requirement..so hows everyone else doing ??????

You need to stop and think what you are doing wrong.

do refunds even matter... besides on your pockets? i thought it was chargabacks that mattered

There is a negative correlation between refunds/chargebacks on one site and rebills on the other site.
