is 3 percent refunds high?
 

i know everyone is trying to hit below 1 percent,but im at 3 percent refunds/chargebacks,fraud ....is that bad ,i know a lot of major processors and site have closed due to the fact they cant hit the visa requirement..so hows everyone else doing ??????

Yes 3% is terrible.
You need to stop and think what you are doing wrong.

do refunds even matter... besides on your pockets? i thought it was chargabacks that mattered
