Best kind of cheese is Kesseri, add a little brandy and some lemon, light it on fire and you have Saganaki, the best cheese appetizer there is.

I like Provolone, I also love french Brie...
And Rondele cheese spread, and a type of brie called Camembert I think...

Do you guys prefer eating cheese on toasted bread, or untoasted? What are some other good cheeses to try? I'm a cheese freak.

Every time I go to the grocery store, I spend like 10 minutes staring at the cheeses in the deli. They have about 200 different varieties...I love cheese.

Give me a good dry cheese biscuit with a little butter topped with a good Brie or Camembert followed with some creamy blue stilton and I'm in heaven

Saa-Ga-Naa-Key. It's Greek. But you can only really get Kesseri cheese at a speciality store.

Anyone have Raclette? It tastes great but smells like foulest feet ever. Much worse than Limburger.
