Best kind of cheese is Kesseri, add a little brandy and some lemon, light it on fire and you have Saganaki, the best cheese appetizer there is. :2 cents:

And Rondele cheese spread, and a type of brie called Camembert I think...

Every time I go to the grocery store, I spend like 10 minutes staring at the cheeses in the deli. They have about 200 different varieties...I love cheese.

If I could pick a favorite, it would be:
