Best kind of cheese is Kesseri, add a little brandy and some lemon, light it on fire and you have Saganaki, the best cheese appetizer there is. :2 cents:

phogirl69 04-03-2004 10:39 PM

I like Provolone, I also love french Brie...
And Rondele cheese spread, and a type of brie called Camembert I think...

Do you guys prefer eating cheese on toasted bread, or untoasted? What are some other good cheeses to try? I'm a cheese freak.

Every time I go to the grocery store, I spend like 10 minutes staring at the cheeses in the deli. They have about 200 different varieties...I love cheese.

BradM 04-03-2004 10:53 PM

If I could pick a favorite, it would be:

Chabichou du Poitou AOC

What can I say I like goat.

Saa-Ga-Naa-Key. It's Greek. But you can only really get Kesseri cheese at a speciality store.

hottoddy 04-03-2004 11:42 PM

Anyone have Raclette? It tastes great but smells like foulest feet ever. Much worse than Limburger.

MissEve 04-04-2004 12:08 AM

Here is a great place to buy cheese online, lol

http://www.igourmet.com

My mom is a gourmet cheese freak and she loves the variety packs from this place.
