Novelty Contact Lenses - Any Experiences?
A friend of mine is having a Heaven & Hell theme party soon and I wanted to get some of those crazy contact lenses.
I see that they do come in my prescription. Anyone have any experiences, good or bad, with novelty lenses? ![]() ![]() |

Never wore contact lenses, no need for them and the novelty ones i would not wear.
The idea of them being actually against your eye kind of creeps me out |

I have brown eyes so when I wanted colored lenses I had to go withthe opaque ones ( to cover up brown ) . I couldn't get used to them. I had specles of green in my vision. I have worn contacts for 12 years, but found I could not tolerate opaque lenses. The novelty lenses are opaque so expect to have impaired vision..
My eye doc told me to expect that same thing with any opaque lens. |

I've worn 2 pairs of weird lens . An optometrist told me they are dangerous for your eyes if you keep them for too long . I couldn't stand more then 2-3 hours straight with them.
