and three weeks later ... 25 pounds with hardly any work. I'm going to step it up to a few more cups of tea aday plus a little less food and watch my carbs some and make it an hour walk.

edit : and i mean coke i mean coca cola .. iwas a heavy coke drinker... i changed from coke to crystal lite juice and green tea

Someone else can confirm it who knows what they're talking about - but from what I remmeber, the max of weight loss is like 2-3 lbs. per week...

I can't believe people are losing this much weight walking a bit and cutting down on unhealthy food... You guys must live disgusting lifestyles normally...

i was at 240 ... and i drink 3 cups a day...

the first week it was only about 7 pounds but after the first week i cut out ALL junk food
