KRL's greentea mixture+no coke+30 minute beach walk a day
 

and three weeks later ... 25 pounds with hardly any work. I'm going to step it up to a few more cups of tea aday plus a little less food and watch my carbs some and make it an hour walk.

edit : and i mean coke i mean coca cola .. iwas a heavy coke drinker... i changed from coke to crystal lite juice and green tea

i was at 240 ... and i drink 3 cups a day...

i was eating really un healthy

i can admit i was. McDonalds all the time .. always had a can of coke by me ... never left the house

the first week it was only about 7 pounds but after the first week i cut out ALL junk food

wow, that's incredible.

hiking HARD everyday and eating healthy every day last summer was only yielding me a couple of pounds/week.

im sure i am way more un healthy than you where though
