KRL's greentea mixture+no coke+30 minute beach walk a day
and three weeks later ... 25 pounds with hardly any work. I'm going to step it up to a few more cups of tea aday plus a little less food and watch my carbs some and make it an hour walk.
edit : and i mean coke i mean coca cola .. iwas a heavy coke drinker... i changed from coke to crystal lite juice and green tea
