I personally think Mick Foley has done the most for the business
Hulk Hogan and Endre sold the most tickets. Read some recent interviews from famous wrestlers.

what shit are you smoking?

Hulk Hogan has done the most for the wrestling biz, there is no one more high profile in wrestling than him.

next would be the rock.

ask a total stranger on the street if theyve heard of hulk hogan or mick foley/mankind and i guarantee hogan will be known more - at least 9 to 1 to foley

i dig foley so dont take this as a rip on him

Wrestlers use stage names and some use there real names. thats not the point of locks post.

The point of Locks post was "foley did the most for wrestling" which I disagree.

Hogan did more for and made wrestling what is is today, he is the MAN.

any wrestler in the biz will agree to that.

Your a fan so I will never win the arguement with you. Wrestlers do a lot more than wrestle but you will never see more than the final production. I did note Hulk and Andre sold the most.

Try to think about athletics rather than performance on ther mic and you will find even greater wrestlers worth mentioning. Think about what else they could possibly do besides training and working out. Mike Foley does a lot maybe you should read his book a see what else he has contributed to the business.

Read interviews you might see i know a little about wrestling. Over the years i have met many wrestlers outside the IWA. I do more than Jellywrestling. CJW is part of IWA Australias favourite fed. We have had an 8 page Penthouse spread well as many regular tv appearences and have perfomed over 250 live shows.

Really i think you should join an Efed and argue it out with some other fans. Hulk is well known sure and there are plenty of stories to tell about many wrestlers. Perhaps the question should have been who do you respect the most.

If we're talking about who did the most for wrestling, I'd say the Hart family. Stu Hart trained some of the best wrestlers. Who's getting a big push right now in the WWE? Chris Benoit. Where did he train? Stu Hart's Dungeon.

I read the articles on you. Because i disagreed with you you slam me by calling me a fan?

fuck off.

you dont know me so dont assume anything about me my friend.

I didnt rip on you for the jelly wrestling, though that's carny in my book but that doesnt mean I think your opinion isnt credible.

when you say "most for the business" the way i understood it, as most people would, was "overall" meaning has the person has elevated and generated interest in the product and/or himself to a level never seen before nor attained since, meaning worldwide household name recognition, fame, movies, television, financial, ect

i have read foley's books and yes I do know what he has contributed but hes not as close as what hogan has done nor the rock or stone cold steve austin for that matter in elevating the visibility. Hes definitly in the top ten though.

As for pure wrestling ability and the other things you mentioned is a totally differnt topic. Im sure we would agree on quite q few wrestlers.

as for your last remark, Please check out the thread, I posted a pic of rick flair, so there goes your theory on respect and take your efed and shove it..
