I suffered a lots and I lived pretty shitty moments and all my life sucked, but that doesn't mean God does'nt exist. He's just testing me that's what I always say...

Is God testing or is the Devil tempting?

Yep, I believe in God... and I'm thankful for Him everyday.

Belief in a higher power is probably the oldest universal belief...

Anyway... I have a hard time conceiving of how one could NOT believe in God... look around at our sky, at our world.... God's evident, atleast to me, in the finer details

Really? And all those other church goers don't have a problem with your job? Usually church going types try to push their beliefs off on everyone else, and if you don't believe in what they believe they consider you a lost cause.

God doesn't MAKE things like 9/11 happen. According to the Bible God gave man free will. Does he intervene? Many people think so and many people think he interened in 9/11 which could have had a much higher casualty rate. On that day planes designed to carry over 300 passengers had as few as 38. The news was full of reports of people who missed or changed flights, were sick or late for work, left floors above the impact area shortly before, and we'll probably never know for sure where that 4th plane was headed. I've read more than one opinion that he held those towers up long enough for everyone whos time it wasn't to be able to escape. Just the slightest variable at any number of events that day could have meant a casualty rate many more times than it was.

yes I believe in a higher power. after all, me and hubby were contemplating how we were going to pay off our 2003 mustang while on the way to his best friend's house... then WHAM!!! we got rear ended by a truck. car was totaled. guy's insurance paid off our car. weird how things work out although i'd prefer not to pay off our other cars this way

I believe in God, but I wonder why some things happen the way they do. So that is a good way to try and make sense of some of the bad shit that happens in life.

I find it hard to beleive that something exists purely on the bases that the people around me beleive it. I have seen no reason to beleive that a "God" exists, I think this is even more interesting because people from different religions are all convinced that their God is God. I think it is more of an imaginary body that people create to provide support and to explain the things that they cannot. But at the same time I admire people who live the "right" way and dont do crime and all the other shit.

I believe in spirits and such but not god per say and I am very much against organized religion of all kinds. Its the cause of much of our worlds hatred.

It's funny how a "Do you believe in God?" post comes up every few weeks.

Yes there is a God and he's gonna kick all our butts straight to Hell!

I believe in him. but I do have a theory that we just got created out of a fungus. which developed into humans after all those years. don't see how the earth got here.. I've also wondered if we were just in test tubes... Also, one of my buddies thinks that the aliens have been visiting earth, and when they were "Caveman" the aliens gave them fire and then they automatically knew what to do with it... So it expanded there mind. I do believe that another life form could have helped. but overall...... I do believe in God.
