God doesn't MAKE things like 9/11 happen. According to the Bible God gave man free will. Does he intervene? Many people think so and many people think he interened in 9/11 which could have had a
much higher casualty rate. On that day planes designed to carry over 300 passengers had as few as 38. The news was full of reports of people who missed or changed flights, were sick or late for work, left floors above the impact area shortly before, and we'll probably never know for sure where that 4th plane was headed. I've read more than one opinion that he held those towers up long enough for everyone whos time it wasn't to be able to escape. Just the slightest variable at any number of events that day could have meant a casualty rate
many more times than it was.
