Say you found yourself on a site's tour
What can you do if you are on a site's tour pages
 I am thinking more along the lines of : A. They dont have 2257 B. Suing them for using your picture to make money? C. Emotional / Other damages? D. Not entirely too interested in getting the picture taken off without some settlement.. How possible is this and what needs to be done? |

If I were you this is what I might do, start with taking screen caps of the site. Send it to your attorney, and have him send a C&D letter to his host. Of course with all things, one should sleep on it. Taking up anything into the courts will be a drain on you and your pocketbook. You have to ask yourself how much is it worth it to you? |
