Say you found yourself on a site's tour
 

What can you do if you are on a site's tour pages :)

I am thinking more along the lines of :

A. They dont have 2257
B. Suing them for using your picture to make money?
C. Emotional / Other damages?

D. Not entirely too interested in getting the picture taken off without some settlement..

How possible is this and what needs to be done?

A. If they don't have 2257 it only means they can't prove how old you are. You mean they don't have a model release or license, am I right?

B. Supposedly big bucks, per image. If it's just one image I really wouldn't bother besides sending a C&D to his host. Call an attorney tho.

C. No. No court is going to sympathize with you for not believing your pic would show up all over the net if taken while you were in a state of undress. You can't sue someone else for being silly.

D. Careful how you word that, one could take it to mean you really don't care your pic is up there, you just want money. He's libel to screen cap this and use it against you.

If I were you this is what I might do, start with taking screen caps of the site. Send it to your attorney, and have him send a C&D letter to his host.

Of course with all things, one should sleep on it. Taking up anything into the courts will be a drain on you and your pocketbook. You have to ask yourself how much is it worth it to you?
