when u have your first cigarette of the day do u get head rush??

I always feel soooo light headed when I have my first cig of the day...I think it means I need to quit...

but it is soo relaxing..and stress relieving...

actually I do, I've cut back and am trying to quit but cold turkey is too difficult...

I don't that's the thing, I don't have my first cig until late in the afternoon or even late at night...I am trying to quit so I wait until I can't wait any longer...hopefully the cravings will slowly deppreciate...

I've also decided that I will go cold turkey by the end of next month if I haven't quit by then...it's just when I'm drinking that makes it hard...they go hand in hand...

20 mins ago i had not put anything in my stomach since last nite, when I saw this thread i got a nasty craving for a smoke...shit its been months since i felt like that.
What a bad feeling, anyway after a few spring rolls and and hot and sour soup that feeling is gone!
I quit smoking Nov 17 and havent had a smoke since, now another 8-9 mnths and maybe my life insurance rates will go down lol
