I take pretty much no breaks from the computer, I suck.
I do however take breaks for work, and for chillin'

Take breaks every hour..had small RSI complaints in the past and try to break away for a few minutes every hour

I read a really good suggestion on another board about getting up and moving around for 15 minutes every hour, so I've been doing that... it works quite well for keeping you fresh.
