How often do you take breaks from working?

I take pretty much no breaks from the computer, I suck.
I do however take breaks for work, and for chillin'

Take breaks every hour..had small RSI complaints in the past and try to break away for a few minutes every hour

Whenever I get a boner...something has to be done with it..

Needless to say, I dont get a lot of work done...

i take a 15 minute break for every hour of work

Every 2 to 3 hours but than i go and do some other kind of work like music or something

i'm a workaholic. breaks are few and far between.. :evil-laug

I read a really good suggestion on another board about getting up and moving around for 15 minutes every hour, so I've been doing that... it works quite well for keeping you fresh.
