InsiteAdult should have sold the whole program when the first signs of payment problems appeared, at that time the whole program had a nice value, now it's pretty much worthless, their debts are probably higher than the overall value of the program.

welcome to the club. Before I started using them I search GFY and people claimed that they got paid eventually. After a few months I started taking down their banners. But have not gotten paid once yet. I'm owed over $2000. Which wouldnt be a small claims case.

Maybe they need a class action.

It really bumbs me out that I actually researched them before I started promoting them and posts of non-payment didnt start until only a few months ago and it was too late for me damage was done.

Well they owe us about $1000.00 - last payment I got was Feb-March last year. Was with them for 3 years before that and they never missed a beat. Now it's just bullshit and what not. The story now is that one of the big sponsors didn't pay them and that's why they are in this predicament. I'm tired of waiting - I've been nice long enough.

So which sponsor should we presume didn't pay them? Maybe we should complain to them? How about the FTC, did they ever call you back?

Oh and the assholes with the spammers & cheaters complaints - please

in advance - that is not my game - perhaps it's yours or someone elses.

Never missed a beat? Insite has had a history of payment problems dating back to 2001. I was with them for a few months but they delayed payments and bounced two checks in 2001 and that was enough for me. For the last three years all I've seen on the boards is complaints of delayed or non payments from them. They were trying to operate on a shoe string budget and simply wouldn't pay webmasters until you emailed inquiring as to why your payment was late.

Actually they missed one payment - lost check (or that was the excuse) but I got it quite fast. I tell you I never saw it coming. Just goes to show how it's not across the board.

Old thread, but it struck me that the only time I ever got checks was when I contacted them with exact dates and times and amounts.. Yet I get the bankruptcy mailings like clockwork.

Go figure.
