The "waybackengine" as you call it, is a website that archives millions of websites in their cache. They do this because it is interesting for people to view what websites might have looked like 3 or 4 years ago.

One of the websites they happened to cache was YOURS. What it archived off your site was allegedly pics of child porn you were displaying ON YOUR SITE.

You may have deleted them now, but those pics were indeed there at one time.

The WayBackMachine is no more responsible for the content than google or any other search engine is for caching websites that they index.

YOU are the one responsible for it. It is basically proof that you had child porn pics on your website at one time.

Imagine a company that keeps newspapers so that people could look back at old articles. They have not read the content and saved it in good faith that it was not illegal content.
