They did not CREATE the content, all they did was archive what WAS available on the net.
Imagine a company that keeps newspapers so that people could look back at old articles. They have not read the content and saved it in good faith that it was not illegal content.
You published sick images of child abuse on a website whch you signed a digital agreement to say that you wouldn't.
If what you said was true, Google would be cloesed down along with MSN, Yahoo, some ISP's and more...
