New French law to require pre-screening of websites and email for content

If the bill becomes law, it will force Internet service providers to filter Internet traffic and take responsibility for the content of Web pages they host, and will abolish e-mail's protected status as "private communication." Looks like it's the time again for people in France to go marching in the streets in protest. There's no way this law should and will pass.
