We're launching 10 sites in the next months and we're looking for designers and webmasters. The candidates must have a portfolio, good references, and they must be able to maintain the sites, produce new design pieces, mailers, promotional stuff, new sites and so on. We understand this is a work that fits perfectly for outsourcing companies, but it could be a chance for individual designers as well. In short, this will be an 'in house' position without relocation.

We'll contact designers based on MONTHLY price AND portfolio, please post both if you want to apply for this job

maybe I'm not explaining myself. What I want is the price, at least a rough one for designer AND webmaster position on a monthly basis. Basically, we're talking about someone who will need to design and maintain all aspects of designing for sites and corporate image, each and every month, for all 10 sites and the new ones we launch. Wether they're 10 or 100 sites is not a problem, that's why we're looking for MONTHLY figures for 8 hours work at least 5 days a week. If you're too shy to post prices, you can send mail to sean/mq5/com. Good luck...and I posted regarding your hosted galleries. no harm done. I'm just trying to be as specific as possible. And yes, outsourcing is what we thought of, but maybe there's a designer interested in some stable position, that's why I'm trying to clarify concepts

We can do that for a low price and very high quality, we'd need to know a little more in depth about the requirements, but think about 1600 for a full time pro designer (6 days a week). We're also content shooters and can handle most aspects of site's design, content, maintaining, programming and marketing, so we'd arrange some kind of package if you're interested

Well I paid for a cheap design for $500 dollars
and converted like shit...

not the best design! now who here can say there designs convert the best? NONE..

I am cheap ass as well.. i would like to pay 300 per site if it sells hell ya..it is like trial and error, i have seen many many paysites do the switch-aroo as the one they payed the first time sucked ass and you have to eat that cost..

So if i was charged $1600 AND THE FUCKER SOLD LIKE BLINGERS THE FIRST WEEK then your $300 dolla site you made sold 50% less means that it is not worth buying in the first place..

This is just an example!!!! not bashing anyones work!!!
as being a designer nowdays is a TOUGH NUT!
