looking for designer/webmaster for 10 sites
 

We're launching 10 sites in the next months and we're looking for designers and webmasters. The candidates must have a portfolio, good references, and they must be able to maintain the sites, produce new design pieces, mailers, promotional stuff, new sites and so on. We understand this is a work that fits perfectly for outsourcing companies, but it could be a chance for individual designers as well. In short, this will be an 'in house' position without relocation.

maybe I'm not explaining myself. What I want is the price, at least a rough one for designer AND webmaster position on a monthly basis. Basically, we're talking about someone who will need to design and maintain all aspects of designing for sites and corporate image, each and every month, for all 10 sites and the new ones we launch. Wether they're 10 or 100 sites is not a problem, that's why we're looking for MONTHLY figures for 8 hours work at least 5 days a week. Please do not ask me to contact you, we will do it once we decide on a bunch of preselected designers, preselection made on PRICE AND PORTFOLIO. I'm sure after a bit of time you'll find it will be much easier to outsource smaller jobs like that than have your designer/webmaster/affiliate manager spending his/her valuable time on an important but time consuming task...and "No offense intended," but if you haven't quite figured that out yet then please don't bother to ICQ me, you're certainly NOT the type of client I'm looking for. ;) j/k had to throw that in there...LOL

Well I paid for a cheap design for $500 dollars
and converted like shit...

The job should go to who has the best conversions
not the best design! now who here can say there designs convert the best? NONE..

I am cheap ass as well.. i would like to pay 300 per site if it sells hell ya..it is like trial and error, i have seen many many paysites do the switch-aroo as the one they payed the first time sucked ass and you have to eat that cost..

So if i was charged $1600 AND THE FUCKER SOLD LIKE BLINGERS THE FIRST WEEK then your $300 dolla site you made sold 50% less means that it is not worth buying in the first place..

This is just an example!!!! not bashing anyones work!!!
as being a designer nowdays is a TOUGH NUT!
