Rather than give in to acacia thuggery, I checked out that their claims had no chance in Europe - I bought servers and placed them in a Dutch data centre - The cost of a 100mpt pipe there is about the same as it is in the Usa - The cost of the servers and admin is about half the price -

I will save around 15K this year and will certainly not have the slightest problem with acacia -

I also know of another sponsor - Much larger than me - Who has done exactly the same.

I have stated before, and I state it here again, I am not in favor of people boycotting companies who settled, that's why i stayed out of the thread.... until i posted to reflect the mis-information that you posted.

The reason I don't support boycotts, is maybe those that settled will step up and help those fighting from behind the scenes.

ACACIA's claims are bullshit and you guys signed up on that bullshit because you're not as big as the heavyweights and didn't want to touch the lawsuit. You sure didn't do it to protect affiliates because you can't protect affiliates from them. You sold out, everyone on that list sold out because you lend more validity to their bullshit when the court case does come down.

With all that said it's your right to make what you feel are smart biz decisions and everyone else has the right to call you a sellout and not promote you.
