it's EMANCIPATED, and that doesn't mean that contracts with you are legally binding. Considering that it is illegal for ANY minor to access pornographic materials, any contracts you have with sponsors/content providers etc are null and void.

I get the feeling there's more than a few underage people on this board.
I started looking at porn when I was 13. Why would a kid actually listen to a dislaimer page? They dont, they just click enter. All the disclaimer page does is clear the webmaster of any wrong doing. Never in my life have I heard of a kid that clicked "LEAVE" on a disclaimer page. Kids look at porn... If they're any good at maintaining sites and the like, I don't see any problem with a 17 year old making money off of porn... If he doesn't make money off of it, he'll still look at all your TGP's anyway.
