The fact is you are not a legal adult yet. You may be a great kid and all but you have to wait until you are 18.
There has to be a line drawn somewhere. If they say 17 then you can run across someone who is "mature" for 16 and you can say they should be aloud. I mean you can go on and on. But the fact is the line is drawn at 18!!!!
