it's EMANCIPATED, and that doesn't mean that contracts with you are legally binding. Considering that it is illegal for ANY minor to access pornographic materials, any contracts you have with sponsors/content providers etc are null and void.

Really? Why not refer to the other thread where I posted links to the LAW regarding contracts with minors? The ONLY contracts with you that are legally binding are ones that are NECCESSARY FOR YOU TO LIVE, with regards to a place to live etc. Anything that is ILLEGAL for you to deal with (such as pornography and adult related materials) is STILL NOT LEGAL for you to be involved in or sign contracts regarding. You can't just go up to a bar and tell the bouncer "I'm an emancipated youth", and he'll let you in. Bullshit. He knows as well as you do that it would STILL be illegal for you to walk in the door. Same with regards to contract law. Don't believe me, call a lawyer, consultations are free, ESPECIALLY for emancipated minors.

There has to be a line drawn somewhere. If they say 17 then you can run across someone who is "mature" for 16 and you can say they should be aloud. I mean you can go on and on. But the fact is the line is drawn at 18!!!!

What you don't seem to understand is that an sponsors that are allowing you to send them traffic, providing you with content, etc etc etc are BREAKING THE LAW. It is ILLEGAL for you to be involved in anything regarding adult, even if you are "emancipated". Governments have come down and shut down businesses for less, and you threaten not only the sponsor programs you use, but their other affiliates as well. It's a big nasty legal triangle and anyone who's continuing to work with you until the very SECOND you turn 18 is asking to be sent to jail for a very long time.
