It was an ARS points christmas..........

Gotta say thanks to ARS. Used some of my accumulated points to buy some gift cards. Had previously used ARS points to help furnish my lake house $20k+.

Not talking a few $ here, thousands. Cards arrived fast, and it was simple to redeem my points! Just one of the reasons we have sent ARS a lot of traffic for years. The rewards points are a nice little bonus.

Rewards points kickass, I don't send em a ton of traffic, but use mine on PS2 games, and computer hardware usually.

Hmm.. who's gift cards do they do? I've had a hard time figuring out what to get with my ARS points and there's been alot. I finally redeemed some this year for a couple of IPods for the boys and then my Rolex Yachtmaster a couple of months ago. But I still have several thousand $ worth sitting there and more accummulating.

I think you can order anything you want that's available online. You don't get the executive discount but I've ordered very weird specific things in the past such as limited edition Vans.

PK, I emailed Karen and she took care of me. Sent her links to order them online from Tiffanies, Frontgate, and Willams Sonoma. They have always done a good job of working with us on the points.

Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

I love ARS points too, however because I live in Australia the TAX and postage to get the item here is basicly the value of the product again.

So a 5000 points product is 8,000 to 10,000 points to buy it. That kind of sucks.

BAH Hum Bug - my December profits are in the toilet. We redeemed over TWICE our normal monthly volume of points in Dec. LOL ;)

Its great that we helped so many webmasters with their shopping. Better yet, we provide 2 AWESOME 'Shopping Assistants' who help you get as much of your FREE Christmas shopping done as possible.

Brad - Merry Christmas dude!

PK - Hope that Rolex is treating you nice and that you and your family had a Merry Christmas as well.

I love ARS points. We bought the kids a dvd/vcr combo for Christmas which is perfect since their new movies are on dvd but they like using a vcr to take their fav programs with.

Thanks ARS!

From my understanding about this, they still take the points that the TAX and postage WOULD have cost.
