Support of Freepassbucks.com SUCKS

Yeah I want to see it here loudly because the support of freepassbucks.com SUCKS very sad because it's a great site to make money but the support sucks i'm so pissed off I asked to them about 10 emails and they never replied. I changed the password to my username and now it's fucked for no reasons. I made at least 50$ us in 1 week with freepassbucks.com and because I changed my pw it is saying "My account is not activated yet please contact the administrator" very pathetic the admin never responds too what a dick!. So don't sign up there if you want support.

WegCash is the best.

Best support is that a joke ?

Dude man the support on this site sucks for example if I ask a question on WegCash I know that I will have an answer in less than 24 hours but if I ask a question with freepassbucks.com or platinumbucks.com I know that I will not have an answer so the support on freepassbucks.com sucks..

I find it difficult to believe that you are hear bitching on a Saturday night about not getting a reponse to an email...... When you can pick up the phone or ICQ someone and get a response alsmost instantly.

I'm not saying my business. I'm saying that people who wants support don't sign up with freepassbucks.com and they don't have any boards they are too cheap to help how I can post on the boards of their site then ? When u send a mail to them they simply ignore it and throw it in the garbache .. freepassbucks.com they simply don't give a fuck about you. When you contact the admin 10 times in 3 days and u have no answer with the username u made more than 50$ on it it's not great. It's pissing me off because people are working hard to promote their sites and they are giving no support to their members. All the other compagnies i'm with such as silvercash , nastydollars , wegcash.. gives supports to their members except this one.

You can do one of three things...
1) ICQ dave or ellisa (see their icq's below)
2) Make a post on their bulletin board
3) Call them

If you really want to contact them, you would not depend on email, especially if it bouncing for you. It isn't FPB that isn't replying, it's your emails that are not getting delivered to them. Problem could be on your end, their end or someone in between, so if you really need to reach them, do it!

Just to balance things out a bit... I've found the support at Free Pass Bucks to be excellent. I've just started using them and only needed a little support, but I'me very satisfied. And I'm making more cash than I was with CEMags, Free Ezine Bucks and Free Ticket cash. Shrug. I think it's a pretty good program.
