As of yet, no WMD have been found. In my book, until that changes the 'ol mighty US of A is no doubt in the wrong and poking it's nose where it doesn't belong (again).

I don't think ANY nation should be permitted to have such horrible weapons. But since we do and we pretty much call the shots, that's just the way it's gonna be and if you don't like it... we'll invade you or place economic and trade sanctions against you until you buckle from poverty and governmental collapse. Way back in the last century Saddam took over Kuwait. The world said, "back off," he said, "fuck you." The world then proceeded to kick his ass.

When you go to war, and lose, there are usually terms attached, and in this case it was that he couldn't have WMD. If he had won, then he could probably have them, and none of us could.
