and people dont seem to understand he violated that agreement IMMEDIATELY.
the first gulf war ended not in a treaty, but a BROKERED CEASE FIRE.
that cease fire was conditional on terms being followed that Hussein AGREED to, and the UN passed resolutions affirming.
We did NOT need more UN consent to invade again.
technically, weve been well within our rights to invade Iraq for 12 years.
