- Posting a new thread like this instead of searching. (Wasn't this question asked 3 weeks ago? 6 weeks ago? 10 weeks ago? Over 80 times within the last year? Over 2000 times in the last 2 years?)
- Thinking I know more than anyone else.
- Not being aggressive.
- Learning to masturbate.
- Not learning to stop masturbating.
- Looking at Stats Remote and falling into a trance waiting for the next Cha-Ching.
- Obeying my girlfriend and succumbing to her requests to get out of the porn industry.
- Using a shitty host and seeing the numbers in Stats Remote come to a screaching halt.
- Lying on my taxes. (oops make that a plus - Cha-Ching)

Selling my content company to a close friend of 10 years [Zmaster] and never getting paid for it. Sued her and she sold off company right out from under lawsuit and then went financially bust.....so 40K in lawsuit was a waste cuz she had nothing and it took 4 years to hone' in on her for NADA.

My lesson learned was do not get business relaxed with friends.

Trusting Hungryman and others to produce work actually on time!

When started to get successful buying dedicated hosting off likewhoa hosting (what fun)...

Using PSW as a processor...

PAYING UP FRONT for things and especially trusting programmers who are the scum of the earth when it comes to producing stuff on time!!!

I just wasted several months and several hundred dollars on a programmer who claimed he was fast and an expert php programmer. Turned out he was slow as hell, was working on other projects while mine wasn't yet completed, and wasn't able or willing to do the job the way I wanted it done.

I ended up with a script that is basically useless to me and that I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix and finish.

I also got burned by choosing the wrong host for the project this script was going to be used for. I selected one of the better known hosts on this board and it was one problem after another from day one. Each time I wanted to cancel and move on they would basically beg me to stay with promises of how everything would be fixed... after three months and the server still wasn't working right, I said enough is enough and left for good. Then they had the balls to imply that it was my fault that the server they set up was a lemon and that their techs couldn't get it working right.

Lessons learned and mistakes that won't be made again...

Not getting into the content game 5 years earlier than I did.

7 years ago used to drive to see a guy in Pasedena and sell him 100s of slides at $3, $5 and $10 each. Thought it was small beer.

Had tried to do a paysite of my own which failed and just did not see the potential of the stock I had in pictures. If only I had known then what I know now.

But making up for lost time.

I remember when I first started when click throughs 20-25 cents per unique and I didn't read there rules and lost out on a couple k...though learned my first lesson and a hard one read everything lol
