Kind of hard to show authorities you are trying to tackle the problem when your answer to her is that it isn't your job. I might agree but then I am not the type of person that would make a big deal about in the media. All she has to get in a sympathetic ear in the religious press and it lands a gift in the lap of the Attorney General whose name we dare not mention.

I understand the frustration but maybe just put together a form letter for next time explaining how to protect their system and where to complain about the charges.
