Because it came to my support box. I don't just delete "support" issues. And I felt like this woman had it coming to her.

I am NOT saying it is all YOUR fault! What I am saying though is that there are KIDS out there that can get around any default that is put upon them! I know you have your OWN kind of business - I don't agree with - but it is YOUR business! This absolutely is not my fault. I can not restrict what your son looks at online. I can not make sure he doesn't pick up the phone and dial a 900 number. I can not make sure he doesn't steal your credit card and sign up for my site. As a parent this is something that you are totally responsible for.
If you think your child will be looking at porngraphic material online then don't allow him to use the internet without supervision. Either that or put strong blocks on what he can and can't access. This is in your control. You are the parent, you make the rules, you have the power to enforce them.
