The justification will obviously be that they needed to shave to afford those high PPS payouts. I don't think any new program should start out on PPS unless they have an assload of capital. If you need to shave to stay in business, then you shouldn't be in business in the first place.

We affiliates promote those sites in GOOD FAITH, we work fucking hard for our traffic and we trust that we are being dealt with fairly. God, I pray any sponsor that does this go bankrupt and the owner come down with a debilitating and rather scortching STD.
