Anyone use CCbill? Question for you...

is there anyway you can see how many people filled out the join form on your paysite and were declined in a report?

I called them and they said no, but there's got to be a way to see how many people actually filled out the form and entered their info vs how many were accepted or declined

thanks

Sure you can.. Its under "Members" then "Declines" in your admin.

They must have brought in a fresh batch of tech newbies at ccbill if they told you otherwise.

Wait.. I read your question and well... you have more then one question. haha!

You want to know hwo many people filled out the form, clicked submit and were declined? Or, how many just filled out the form and never clicked submit?

Their report shows how many times the join form was submitted and how many times it was successful.

You do get an email with every declined transaction.

In my experience the declined transactions are mostly people trying to get over on the system or giving bad info. Many times, the surfer will fix bad info and you see a signup immediately after a decline.

Hi Marcus,

I am not quite sure who you spoke with but we do have reports that breakdown your concerns. A couple of webmasters in this thread have already mentioned the areas within your admin. However, never hesitate to call our Client Support at 800.510.2859 or your account manager. If you don't know who your account manager is you can call client support and they will be more than happy to provide you contact information.

Thank you,

Jeff N.
