I called them and they said no, but there's got to be a way to see how many people actually filled out the form and entered their info vs how many were accepted or declined

I am not quite sure who you spoke with but we do have reports that breakdown your concerns. A couple of webmasters in this thread have already mentioned the areas within your admin. However, never hesitate to call our Client Support at 800.510.2859 or your account manager. If you don't know who your account manager is you can call client support and they will be more than happy to provide you contact information.
