The suspect in my opinion was displaying level 5 so the officers were supposed to respond with up to 5 which is Incapacitation.

Some of you people are such fuckheads. Do you think the situation would have panned out any different if one of the cops had been black? Hell no. He'd have beat down on that fat fuck as well. Even after they got him on the ground, the guy wouldn't put his hands behind his back, continued to struggle, and kept trying to grab the officers' nightsticks.

The guy was found <b>unconcious</b> in the parking lot before the cops were called. The emergency team called the cops because once he was up, he was becoming a nuisance.

Note to dumb fucks: People don't just pass out for no reason. This guy's health was obviously not his main concern, and i would not be surprised one bit after seeing his actions in the video, if he was fucked up on drugs. His health, possible drug use, and the fact that he just put himself into a very high intensity situation are probably the reasons he died. It seemed obvious to me that the cops were just trying to stop the guy. Nothing more.

This incident in Cincinnati ( wtf does that word cincinnati mean did I spell it right? ) is another example of 'fucking up on both sides of the track'. The issue is 1- How did the guy die? 2- Whatever he died from how much of it was he responsible for and how much were the tactics used to subdue him.

Doesn't look like a personal thing, just one big strong dude vs cops. Believe you me, I've seen 1 man take on 10 cops and kick their asses. When a big man goes off that adrenaline is dangerous! Human beings are very strong especially when riled. Don't sell yourself short , you are very strong when you need to be.

In any case, with race tensions rising again let's hope things get settled by cool heads and honor.

Huh? Did you see the WHOLE video with sound? That cop was BEGGING that dude to back up and he just went off and swung on the cop. He deserved to get shot for how he was acting but instead they were humane and just beat him a little.
