It also looks like a logo-ised ring like a saturn ring surrounding initials.... I doubt very much it's infringing if that was the implication in the question.

hehehe remember... the legal standard for trademark infringment is that it "causes confusion in the minds of ordinary consumers."

Ding Ding Ding... time to get another trademark. If this isn't a Michael Jordan style slam dunk of a case, it would still fit under the common law cause of action of "trade dress" infringment--the mark uses the same look and feel of an established mark.
