Yes it does.

It also looks like a logo-ised ring like a saturn ring surrounding initials.... I doubt very much it's infringing if that was the implication in the question.

Ding Ding Ding... time to get another trademark. If this isn't a Michael Jordan style slam dunk of a case, it would still fit under the common law cause of action of "trade dress" infringment--the mark uses the same look and feel of an established mark.:thumbsup
