I'm a big fan of those Vicks inhalers, they'r shaped like chapstick but when you take the lid off you get this sweet ass hardcore vaporub shit to snort up your nose...

Titmowse's Cure All Soup Recipie:

Ingredients:

One Chicken (I usually get a package of drumsticks myself. The important thing is that you gotta have chicken bones)

One large bunch of fresh turnip greens (this is a mandatory ingredient as is the chicken/bones)

Any other vegetables/stuff you want to add.

Directions:

Boil chicken in pot of water until it is cooked and the meat is easily removed from the bones.

Take the chicken out and remove the meat from the bones Throw away the fat and weird bits if you desire. Then, crack the bones apart and put them back nito the boiling wter. Cover and cook for at least 15 minutes.

Remove the bones and put the chicken back in the pot. Add any other vegetables/seasonings you like (carrots, celery, onions, pepper, salt). Then add the fresh/washed turnip greens.

Cover, lower heat and simmer for an additional half hour.

Eat a bowl every four hours just like medicine.

Vitamin C cough drops, drinks, chicken noodle soup, DayQuil for day, NyQuil for night. Robitussin just came out with some capsules so you dont have to drink that nasty cough syrup.

and 5ml Codeine Linctus every 4 hours
Lots and lots of water.

You can also take a Merocaine anaesthetic lozenge every 3 hours to relieve your throat from any irritation.

If things gets any worse, 1 x Klaricid 250mg every 12 hours.

I always drink a lot of water when sick. It helps listen the mucuos and hydrates your cells so that they can fight better.

Get some robitussin cough gels and take at least 10 of them. Your throat will feel great and you won't give a fuck that you're sick. Every once in a while I take 20 of them, just cause I've been off everything else for about 6 months and it keeps me sane.
