I've met and worked with quite a few over the years and it seems to be about like Hetero's. Some do and some don't. Why would it be different? Alot of Gays or Lesbians are religious as well. The hubby had a lesbian couple for Sunday School teachers. He says it didn't seem to make them any different than the other teachers he had had.

I don't see it as a celebration of Christ's birth, i see it as a happy time to be with family and friends.

Whilst not being religious, at the dinner table we do have a tendancy to sing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus

In that respect, i'm sure gay people "do" christmas.

Administrator, the bible is pretty clear about a few things that so-called christians choose to ignore.

"judge not lest ye be judged" seems pretty clear to me, as does "thou shalt not kill". there are no loopholes here - we do NOT have the right to judge other people; only god has that right.

for some reason, a large number of christians choose to forget that the main thing jesus really spoke of was love for ALL people. since's christmas is the celebration of his birthday, how can you celebrate it while full of hate or judgement for others?

Amen Basschick that is what pisses me off about most christians they think they are holier than thou and they aren't. I think gay people are great to hang around with they are funny. So I guess because I was a surrogate(all i did was be the oven heeheh) and helped create a family for a gay couple that I am a sinner oh well. This idiot can judge all he wants there is only one judge and that is the man upstairs.

tho somebody did post something that I agree with - it's one thing for gays to celebrate Christmas in a secular way - presents, tree, gifts - but Christianity is not a religion any gay person should be following, the Bible is filled with hate towards homosexuals. you can't twist a religion to fit your own personal lifestyle and beliefs - well u can but it's ridiculous.
