As i explained . If everyone has seen the programs already then they are less likely too buy something thus LOWER ratios. Spamming drains resources and lowers connectivity meaning slower load times = less money for the sponsor at a greater cost = lower payouts.

Instead of just proclaiming spam is bad, why don't you resell Spam-Arrest, or do something valuable with your time, instead of always chasing spammers. One day I'm sure there will be loads of laws banning spammers, and your pal Alan will land himself either a ticket to the pen, or one to Tahiti.
