Hmm tell that to icann who just suspended a 3 page list of domains that they own. And are investigating a well known registrar for abuse of service.
Because they have everything tied together , pull the domains and they fall like dominos.

Infact i just got off the phone with a few more registrars regarding people i have seen in these threads backing up the spammers. And whamo domains are pulled.
See how fast or far a russian host gets with no domain.
