Shit I am not about to take pictures of all the equipment I use.
Hmm quick list of must haves though. Large cast iron skillet, thick stainless steel frying pan, saute pan, medium and small teflon frying pans, large stock pot, 2 qt pot, 6 cup pot, lids for everything, spring loaded tongs, plastic spatulas, steamer tray, pizza stone, lots of pyrex dishes, quality knives+stone, plastic cutting boards, microplane, electric water heater, welding gloves, digital probe thermometer. I could go on but doubtfull it would make my must have list. |

Man, I'm just a redneck guy...so I didn't know any better and went out and spent too much money on some stainless steel shit, without the non-stick coating. What a waste!
Since I got burned, I tend to go for quantity over quality now. I also just like to have lots of knives. Is that a bad thing?

The on y way to go. A Dynasty built in. This was taken over a year ago on the day it was installed. Still needed the electricity wired for the fridge. This year we added a stainless steel backing on the wall above it, a custom Bar and Full kitchen sink area with cabinets etc. Next year I will probably replace it with a 42-50" viking, add a stainless steel hood above it. I love this stuff!
