The Defense Group is in a great position these days. The judge ruled favorably again in the second Markman so I personally have my fingers crossed that summary judgement on non infringement is close at hand.

However, everyone that settled because they made the wiser business decision is paying.... and will be for the next almost 20 years. lol

I got plenty of schedualing available for some design work and production so long as its not your company...

My doors are open

The latest stuff has been great and I did a mainstream shoot yesterday. It turned out stunning actually, as I was helped and taught some things by one of the best photographers in the business for over 20 years.

Highly unlikely. This is the second time the Judge worked them over on the 702 patent and that is the main one on which the rest of the house of cards stands.

Too bad though for those who rolled over hoping we would spend all the cash to invalidate it though which is the only way they could get off the hook for paying... (wonder when the rates are going up too, lol)
