Highly unlikely. This is the second time the Judge worked them over on the 702 patent and that is the main one on which the rest of the house of cards stands.
Too bad though for those who rolled over hoping we would spend all the cash to invalidate it though which is the only way they could get off the hook for paying... (wonder when the rates are going up too, lol)
