Simple. Report him. That's all that's required. One phonecall to your local D.A. and he's done like dinner. Just make sure you have full documentation and you are safe. I'm QUITE positive from the way he's talking that he has NO idea what his custodial obligations are, and that either the videos are stolen, or he doesn't have proper releases for them. If he's trying to distribute them, it's a more serious offense than just displaying them on a website.

Not only that but if he is actually injuring these models, I'm quite positive that he's broken more than enough local obscenity and assault laws to land himself in jail for a very long time.
