What's the reason for sites not updateing?
You easily come across sites from late 90s that haven't updated. I just wonder why..this sites probably still gets traffic but it's just like throwing away money..

If you sit on a tgp/link list and doesn't have time or intrest in it. I'm in for a % and run your site.
